As the White Sox and Cubs embark upon a three game series at Wrigley Field, it should prove to be the most important series of the year for both teams because neither will be playing in October. This series for both teams is as close to the playoffs as it gets, and should be treated by the players as the most crucial six games of the season. As a White Sox fan and blogger, this is the first time I have written an entry for a while because of how dreadful this team is. Now, we're playing the Cubs and I am very nervous but I like our chances. On Saturday It'll be Jake Peavy v. Randy Wells both of these starters have had issues this year. Hopefully Jake will prove that he's worth Clayton Richard and fifty million dollars. He can do all that by beating the Cubs in the three years he is on the Sox. Hopefully, the Sox can turn this ship around and have a great second have of the season. GO SOX!
