Quite a game by Blue Jays pitcher Ricky Romero. Sox lost 4-2, the starters were Gavin Floyd for the Sox and as most people know for the Jays it was Ricky Romero. Gavin Floyd pitched a fine game, his line was 6 innings and 4 earned runs. He pitched a solid game, which most of the time would get a pitcher a win in some circumstances. However, this was not just some circumstance. Ricky Romero for the Jays pitched a gem, keeping a no hitter into the eighth until a A.J Pierzynski (spelled it right) walk and a no doubter of a home run by Ex Blue Jay Alex Rios off a hanging change up. Romero had been throwing that change up all night, and it he kept throwing it. Until he threw a hanger and Rios let him know. This game was not lost solely upon the fact that the Sox had one hit, the Sox lost the game because we were facing a great pitcher in Ricky Romero.
